Auditor

This position will be part of Internal Audit Department and is expected to perform actual examination, review of operations and accountabilities of assigned branches and head office units under the supervision of the Department Head in accordance with the pre-determined audit program.

This person may conducts special audit of person/s and practices/procedures to establish accountability and determine possibility of frauds/irregularities committed.

As Officer, may directly oversee the activities of Audit Assistants such as preliminary review of the working papers and evaluation of findings or recommendations submitted.

Qualifications:

• Must be a CPA with corresponding Audit experience in the field of banking or any related financial institution
• Good oral and written communication skills to effectively handle project team meetings and audit findings discussion
• Computer literate (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Fluent in English and Filipino

Relationship Managers

This position will focus mainly on customer acquisition with main goal of maximizing relationship with its acquired clients before transfer of accounts to the branch. They are also responsible for delivering the committed deposit volume of the cluster, likewise expected to coordinate with different departments regarding product and service deals.

Qualifications:

• Must be a 4-year college course graduate
• At least 2 years experience as Sales Officer in the field of banking or any related financial institution
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in English and Filipino; familiarity with the local dialect is an advantage (if for Vismin branches)
• At least 25 years old

SSS Associate for Cash Management (Angeles, Pampanga)

This position is responsible for soliciting SSS Visa Debit and Cash Card applications and presentation of its product features to qualified Social Security System pensioners. The ideal candidate must be able to implement and execute the agreed sales plans and strategies to increase conversion or availment of SSS Visa Debit and Cash Card.

Qualifications:

• Preferably 4-year college graduate
• At least 1 year experience in the field of banking or any service industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
• Computer literate (word processing and worksheets)
• Fluent in English and Filipino; familiarity with the local dialect is an advantage
• At least 23 years of age
