This position is responsible for soliciting
SSS Visa Debit and Cash Card applications and presentation
of its product features to qualified Social Security
System pensioners. The ideal candidate must be able
to implement and execute the agreed sales plans and
strategies to increase conversion or availment of SSS
Visa Debit and Cash Card.
Qualifications:
• Preferably 4-year college graduate
or at least with 2 years college education
• At least 1 year experience in the field of banking
or any service industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer
service orientation
• Computer literate (word processing and worksheets)
• Fluent in English and Filipino; familiarity
with the local dialect is an advantage
• At least 23 years of age
This key position will be responsible
and accountable for the administration of the information
security program; design and supervise information security
and emergent data processing training for all bank staff.
The candidate must also establish bank-wide policies
and procedures on information security, protects and
monitors the information security status and plan-related
programs and examinations within the Bank.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in
a computer-related course or Engineering
• More than 10 years work experience in relevant
information security and/or information policy development
and implementation is preferred
• Preferably with more than 3 years of supervisory
of managerial experience
• Must have a solid understanding of information
technology and information security
• Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive
leader who can serve as an effective member of the senior
management team and who is able to communicate security-related
concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical
staff
• Should be familiar with regulatory requirements
on information security, security control standards
and government technology laws
• Must possess a high degree of integrity and
trust along with the ability to work independently
• Should have experience with business continuity
planning, auditing, and risk management, as well as
contract and vendor negotiation
• Ability to weigh business risks and enforce
appropriate information security control measures
• Knowledgeable in BS 7799; ISO/IEC 27001, ISO
25999 is an advantage
• Should have excellent documentation skills
• At least 28 years of age
This position will support and maintain
the Opics Treasury Systems and eventually manage new
projects required by other units of the bank.
Qualifications:
• At least with 2 years experience
as a Project Manager
• At least with 5 years of software development
experience and database design
• At least with 4 years working experience in
gathering user requirements, writing functional and
technical specifications and other related documents,
and managing requirement changes
• Knowledgeable in MS Project, ASP.Net, PHP, Java,
Oracle, MS SQL
• Good project management, problem solving and
analytical skills
• Creative and innovative, high attention to details,
time management skills
• Good judgment, prompt decision-making ability,
responsible
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and
hardworking
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• At least 28 years of age
This position is primarily responsible
for monitoring, control, and operation of all servers,
network devices, computer peripheral operations in the
data center and disaster recovery site. Duties include
monitoring of job schedules, tape management, data center
inventory, hardware monitoring, access security, and
after hour Service Desk. This position is also expected
to be on top of the 24x7 Data Center Operations and
in ensuring that all Information Technology related
problems especially during non-banking days and during
weekends are immediately attended to.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Computer Science
or Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) course
• At least with 10 years work experience in data
center operations
• Minimum 3 years experience in scheduling packages,
report distribution software, tape management software,
and systems management software
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Must possess knowledge and understanding of
the principles of networking, computing, telecommunications
and server management
This position will attend to 24x7 Data
Center Operations and will immediately attends to Information
Technology related problems especially during non-banking
days and during weekends. The ideal candidate must be
able to support the initiatives of Service Quality and
Process Management in rendering 24x7 support for Cash
Management operations. It also includes running end-of-day
processing jobs, back-up jobs and report jobs, and monitor
Data Center equipment and environment.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of 4-year or 5-year
IT-related course
• Knowledgeable in various operating systems (SUN/HP
UX, Windows XP, 2000, 2003)
• Knowledgeable in PC or desktop trouble shooting
• At least with 1 year work experience in IT Operations
Support
• Between 23 and 25 years of age; preferably male
who is willing to be assigned in graveyard shift
This position will handle bookkeeping
and reconciliation process for loans, tax computation
and report generations.
Qualifications:
• Accounting graduate;
not necessarily a CPA
• At least 1 year work experience in any working
industry
• Computer literate (word processing, worksheets)
