Business Center Manager (Cavite, Subic)

The Business Center Manager is responsible in achieving delivery of expected Business Center targets in terms of overall performance set by management not limited to sales, deposit and lending volume.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration or at least with five (5) years work experience as Branch Manager in a commercial or universal bank
  • Demonstrates track record of acquiring and managing portfolio of customers to achieve sales goals
  • Sound Microsoft Office knowledge to facilitate efficient management of reports and other system related requirements
  • Sound interpersonal and management skills
  • Demonstrates good marketing, sales and credit skills

Business Center Relationship Manager (Ayala, Greenhills, Mabini)

The Relationship Manager is a key member of the Sales and Distribution team. The main role is to acquire new customers as well as manage and maintain the relationship with existing clients of the assigned Business Center. They will be coordinating with different departments regarding the Bank's products and services, and are also tasked to contribute to the over-all revenue growth by delivering the committed volume targets of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration or at least with two (2) years work experience as Relationship Manager in a commercial or universal bank
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player; able to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients
  • With proven track record in sales and marketing, account solicitation and management
  • Results-oriented and has strong work ethics

Assistant Relationship Manager - Middle Market (Metro Manila)

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) assists the Relationship Manager in managing the loan portfolio generated from business development with various industries. The primary role is to handle and manage the daily transactions of existing and new accounts as well as the updating of regular reports. The ARM also assists the RM in the credit report preparations.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year College Degree in Accounting, Economics, or any Business-related course
  • With banking experience in the field of Corporate Banking/Account Management/Sales/Operations
  • Strong basic Accounting background preferred

Assistant Relationship Manager (Japan Desk)

The Assistant Relationship Manager assists the supervising Relationship Manager in managing a loan portfolio generated from business development activities to companies from various industry sectors.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year College Degree in Accounting, Economics, or any Business-related course
  • With banking experience in the field of Corporate Banking/Account Management/Sales/Operations
  • With good communications skills, ability to speak Nihongo, an advantage

Relationship Manager for Institutional Banking (Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao)

The Relationship Manager will develop and manage loan portfolio of acceptable credit risks from various industries.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with three (3) years banking experience in the field of Corporate Banking/Account Management
  • Good network of prospective clients in the community

Network and Communication Management Unit Head (Metro Manila)

The Network and Communication Management Unit Head is responsible for the efficient and accurate operations of network and communication infrastructure of the Bank. He/She will manage the activities of the Network Operations, as well as the Telecommunications facility and equipment. He/She will be responsible in the upkeep of the Bank's network infrastructure, network equipment and telecommunication systems and peripherals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course
  • Should be CISCO Certified and must have at least five (5) years extensive experience in managing or supervising Network & Telecom facility Operations

Service Associate (Metro Manila)

The Service Associate is responsible for providing competent customer service by ensuring timely processing of over-the-counter transactions such as payments, deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency, among other things. The incumbent will also perform new accounts and loan applications processing functions.

He/She institutes proper management of Business Center transactions processing though correct execution of each transaction and making sure it is in accordance with Bank's policies and procedures, and with regulatory and industry requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course
  • Ability to handle multiple functions in a changing environment
  • With sound interpersonal skills and a team player and able to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • With strong problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Preferably with banking experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
